Abigail Elizabeth Ottley

Abigail Elizabeth Ottley writes poetry and short fiction. Her work has appeared in journals, magazines and anthologies, including most recently The Lake, Atlanta Review, Blue Nib, Impspired and Fragmented Voices. She won the One Million Short Story Challenge (2011) and in 2019 her poetry was translated into Romanian for Pro Saeculum. Abigail comes from a strongly working class background and is a former English teacher with a lifelong interest in history. She is also primary carer to her very elderly mother.
